Our story

Team Information:

Our lead practitioner has over 12 years of experience in the Post-16 SEND sector, has collaborated closely with multiple local authorities and external agencies. Oversaw the funding and support for more than 250 students per year, with diverse needs, ranging from pre-entry to Level 3. Helped steer the high needs provision to an ‘outstanding’ in the last Ofsted report. Is an advocate for inclusive education and is dedicated to supporting colleges in creating environments where every student can thrive. Believes that education should be accessible to all. A passion for fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments that empower students with diverse needs. Additional practitioners include SENCO and DSL, who have worked in the field for over fifteen years across a broad spectrum of provisions and age groups.

The field of special education is dynamic, and we are committed to continuous learning. Staying abreast of the latest research and best practices. By integrating evidence-based approaches, we ensure that colleges are equipped to meet the evolving needs of their students.
